• Device and Usage Data: Automatically collected data like device type, IP address, app usage, and location (approximate, for analytics).
• Children's Data: If the Service is used for children under 13, we collect only minimal data with verifiable parental consent under COPPA.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service (e.g., generating stories, recreating personal voices, personalizing recommendations).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.

• Access, update, or delete your data via app settings or by contacting us.
• Opt out of marketing emails.
• For personal voice recreation: Consent is required and can be revoked—deleting a voice model removes it permanently.
• GDPR Rights (EU Users): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, data portability, and withdraw consent.
• CCPA/CPRA Rights (California Residents): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, delete your data, correct inaccurate data, and opt out of sales/sharing.

• We retain data as long as needed for the Service (e.g., active accounts). Inactive accounts may be deleted after 2 years.
• Voice data is deleted upon request or account closure.
